Vendome Paris is a sustainable fashion company working across Ghana, India, Nigeria, and the USA. We merge innovation with tradition by creating contemporary products from artisan-led handloom textiles and indigenous natural dyeing techniques.
Our focus lies in circular design, textile waste management, and ethical production practices that respect both people and the planet. From the indigo pits of West Africa to the Tranditional Dyeing Techniques of India, we honour craft heritage while advancing sustainable innovation. By simplifying global supply chains and building cross-cultural collaborations, we bring responsible, high-quality fashion to the world.
We experiment with wild indigo dyeing from the traditional Pits of Ghana and Nigeria, as well as indigenous plant-based dyes sourced from India.
We advance hand weaving through shared looms, skills, and knowledge, fostering a continuous exchange between India’s master weavers and Ghana’s artisans.
We manage Ghana’s textile and garment waste, directing it into upcycling and recycling streams to reduce impact and create renewed material value.
Our Ghana atelier upcycles textile and garment waste, renewing discarded materials through thoughtful dyeing and designs to create purposeful new styles.
We are in active research and development to recycle textile waste, blend it with virgin fiber, and hand weave it into new material.
We support artisans by developing new skills, sharing knowledge across continents, and maintaining fair wages and ethical practices in all manufacturing.
We work with natural dyeing traditions, meticulous hand weaving, and responsible upcycling and recycling of textile waste, creating materials that honor craft, reduce impact, and strengthen sustainable artisanal production.
